Things I've built

From an AI lab notebook used by real researchers to bench-top automation and spatial-biology tools — here's everything I've shipped.

Venture2026–present

LabLogger

AI-powered lab notebook

An incorporated startup turning handwritten notes, voice recordings, and protocols into organized, reproducible, structured experimental records — cutting documentation burden while improving accuracy and reproducibility.

Local Assistant

Local-first AI assistant harness

A personal AI assistant harness that runs entirely on your machine — point it at any local model (via Ollama or LM Studio) and it becomes a tool-calling agent with deep macOS integrations and a web dashboard. No cloud dependency, no API keys.

LabTechOS

Lab-automation designer + machine controller

A desktop-style laboratory-automation protocol designer and machine controller ("CellSlicer"), inspired by Opentrons Protocol Designer and PrusaSlicer. It turns a 3D-printer-based liquid handler into a media-exchange workstation: lay out the deck, calibrate against real hardware, program a routine, generate and inspect G-code, simulate the run, and drive the machine over USB — all in the browser.

Compute Commons

Privacy-first browser compute donor

A privacy-first browser compute donor console: a visitor can intentionally contribute a short, resource-limited browser session to a reviewed scientific workload and receive a locally generated, verifiable receipt. No account, and it runs entirely in the browser.

ML Stock Predictions (Capstone)

Machine-learning stock forecasting

A machine-learning stock-prediction capstone built with a 4-person team (with Rakshit Kaushik, Alessandro Ferrari, and Sergio Papa Estefano). It pulls historical market data via quantmod and applies ML models to forecast prices, packaged with CI and a Docker image.

Project WASP

Atmospheric-water self-irrigating planter

WASP (Watering Atmospheric Self-Irrigating Planter) is a fully autonomous plant-care system that harvests freshwater from the air to irrigate plants. Presented at ISEF 2023, it pairs a dehumidifier with sub-irrigation, UV grow lighting, and a moisture-sensor feedback loop to sustain a plant with no human intervention.
