An interactive MERFISH visualizer atlas for whole-embryo spatio-temporal gene-expression analysis — browse 3-D transcript-localization viewers across developmental stages (zygote, 2-cell, 4-cell, 8-cell, 16-cell, and beyond). Each stage is a self-contained, fully interactive HTML export.
